HOW TO BOOK
ARE THE DWELLINGS BOOKABLE FOR SHORT PERIODS?
Yes, you can book all the houses also for a single night.
WHAT TO DO TO BOOK?
To book on our website simply click ‘check availability’ and confirm the dates through our booking online system.
Otherwise request by e-mail from our web site or by sending e-mail directly to email@example.com.

HOW TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION?
A credit card is required to confirm a reservation.
IT NEEDS A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
The booking does not need any deposit, but it’s necessary to provide at least a guest’s credit card data.
Only after receiving these informations, the reservation will be confirmed.
WHEN THE DIMORE MUST BE PAID?
Dimore Payment is due upon arrival guest, when the keys are handed.
At the check-in time may be required a credit card to charge any extra services used during your stay.
HOW TO PAY FOR THE STAY?
We accept credits cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Cirrus, Postapay, or cash. We do not accept bank checks.
At arrival we reserve to check the credit card by pre-authorization or by a small prepayment of 1.00 euro, which will be recharged at paying time.
Stays free of charge for cots, a child under 2 years.
Stays free of charge for a child under 12 years.
Extra beds EUR 20 per night are charged for childrens older 12 years old or adults.
WHICH COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE?
The daily rate includes VAT. It does not include the tourist tax of 2 € per person per night.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?
Up to 7 days before arrival, the reservation free of charge can be cancelled.
The customer pays total amount if he cancels within 7 days before arrival or in case of No Show.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN?
For check-in our staff meets the guest in our headquarter in Piazza Castello n.18 Vicenza and takes him to his apartment.
To avoid any waiting times we reccomend guests to contact us by telephone number +39 334 9874408 (or +39 0444 750 565) at least 1 hour before their arrival.
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?
Check-in and key delivery are from 15:00 – to 20:00 hours on arrival day and will be made by our staff, that also provides to cash in on the full balance.
We recomanded guests to contact telephone number: +39 334 9874408 (or +39 0444 750 565) at least 1 hour before arrival.
Late check-in expected an extra charge.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT ON DEPARTURE DAY?
Check-Out within 10:00 hours departure day.
When can I call the Reception staff?
Our staff can be contacted from 8.00 until 20.00. Staff is available in other hours for special needs or emergency.
WHERE ARE THE APARTMENTS?
Dwellings are located in Piazza Castello n. 18, center of Vicenza, in the heart of the city, limited traffic zone, convenient to all the services: shops bars, taxis and buses.
You find the train station at 5-minute walk; also at 5 minutes are the Basilica of Palladio and the Teatro Olimpico.
HOW CAN I GET THE RESIDENCES BY CAR?
Using our private parking you can get directly to us in our parking, in Piazza Castello n. 18, entering the Limited Traffic Zone.
On arrival we’ll provide your required permissions to access the pedestrian area.
THE RESIDENCES HAVE PARKING FOR THE CAR?
Dimore del Conte have a private parking on site, 15 euro per day.
Guests can directly reach our hotel to park without problems entering Limited Traffic Zone. On arrival we’ll provide your required permissions to access the pedestrian area.
FEATURES OF RESIDENCES
HOW TO STAND OUT THE RESIDENCES?
The Houses are divided into three categories: Junior Suite, Grand Suite, Two-bedrooms Apartments. They vary from each other: size and accommodation capacity of the guests’s number.
HOW MANY BEDS ARE THERE INSIDE THE DWELLINGS?
The Junior Suites are equipped with 2 beds: 1 bedroom with double bed.
The Grand Suites have 4 beds: 1 bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed.
The Bicamere Apartments have six beds: 2 bedrooms and living room with sofa bed.
ALL THE RESIDENCES HAVE EQUIPPED KITCHENS?
Each house has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with pots, dishes, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster and all that is needed to cooking and eating for 4/6 people.
IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING ON THE HOUSES?
All Houses have air-conditioned with thermostat to customize the temperature.
IS THERE TV ON THE HOUSES?
All Houses are equipped with digital and satellite connection and flat screen tv.
IS THERE WASHING MACHINE ON THE HOUSES?
In each dwelling there is a washing machine available to guests.
IS IT PROVIDED LINEN FOR ROOM AND BATH?
Each apartment is equipped with all bed and bath linen, excellent quality.
WHAT CAN I FIND IN THE BATHROOM?
In the bathroom you find shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
CAN I USE INTERNET?
Wi-Fi Free connection, 24-hour free, with fiber fast connection to the public Internet network at 50Mb is available to all guests .
WHAT ARE THE INCLUDED SERVICES IN THE DAILY RATE?
In the price services included are: internet free everywhere available, room and bathroom cleaning every day , express check-in and check-out, multilingual staff, luggage room, bedroom and bathroom linen.
IS THE CLEANING INCLUDED?
Daily cleaning are included in the price. However, for longer than two nights stays, there is an additional cost of 35 euros (Mini Apartments and Apertments with View) and 45 euros (Two-Bedrooms) for final cleaning.
The price does not include the kitchen reorganization and washing dishes, that can be requested as extra service. (Prices are in a list within each dwelling).
BREAKFAST IS SERVED?
Upon arrival in the House you will find espresso coffee, tea, and other small snacks.
Breakfast is not provided because each house has a fully equipped kitchen for your own use.
WHAT ARE THE EXTRA SERVICES?
We provide extra services: private parking on site, tidying the kitchen, personal laundry leaders, ironing service. (Prices are in a list within each dwelling).
For longer than two nights stays, there is a cost of 35 euros (Mini Apartments and Apertments with View) and 45 euros (Two-Bedrooms) for final cleaning.
IF I NEED TO CLEAN SOME DELICATE CLOTHING?
We provide laundry service for a fee for personal clothes.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE THE LUGGAGE AFTER CHECKING OUT
Agree with our staff, after check-out it’s possible to storage the luggage.
ANIMALS AND PETS
PETS ARE ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, we can not accept some animals, for the furnishing of dwellings.
Pets are admitted only by acceptance. It could be require an extra charge.
